The Positions:
If you’re an experienced VIP EASA Licensed A318 Elite Engineer and you’d like to work with a Company which values its Team and welcomes your input to improve both your own experience at work and the services you provide to your Customers, then one of these positions might be of interest to you.

With Fixed Base Operations, Maintenance & Engineering services, Aircraft Charter & Management plus Aircraft & Parts Sales operations worldwide (including North & South America, Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, Asia and the Far East) the 2 x Licensed Engineers who our Client currently plans to employ will be based in Dubai (ideally willing to reside there) and Saudi Arabia.

As an In-Flight Mechanic, you’ll be a member of the VIP Aircraft Crew at all times when you’re on duty.  You will be a Mechanic who is listed on the MOE of the company’s MRO facility and employed by an approved CAMO organisation.

Outline Employment Terms, subject to contract:
Start date: As soon as possible/immediately
Basic Salary: Approximately UK£5,800.00 per month, tax free (negotiations with premier Candidates will be opened)
Home Bases: Dubai and Saudi (your willingness to reside in Dubai is preferred by our Client)
Rotations: 3 or 4 weeks, with tickets to home residence
Crew Uniform and Tools: Provided by the Company
Accommodation/Breakfast: Provided while on duty (eg. en route with the aircraft)
Ground transport:  Provided while on duty (eg. en route with the aircraft)
Holiday: 5 weeks holidays per year

Who will Our Client hire?
2 x Licensed Engineers, each with EASA B1 and/or B2 ratings on the Airbus A318 Elite
Candidates who are willing to move to Dubai as permanent residence will be preferred
Qualified Engineers who also offer long-term, stable employment and experience as an In-flight Mechanic within a respected VIP Operation will be given priority
It is very important that you are a friendly and professional Team spirited person.
Our Client advises that they would prefer to employ Engineers who are in their mid-30s, or around that general age-range
Every day at work you may meet the Company’s Clients, so you’re grooming and customer facing standards, attitude and approach must all be very high indeed

Selection/Interview Process
The Betts Team will review, shortlist and recommend Candidates to our Client – based on your CV, QSF and License/Ratings.
From these recommendations our Client will then invite their own shortlisted selection of Candidates to attend a Telephone Interview (TI).  Final Interviews will be held by the Company, for convenience, in their European offices
