Our Client is now planning to recruit 1 x A340 Avionics Engineer to join their Team based in Riyadh. We placed a number of Engineers with them early this year and they are now looking to add more personnel to their Maintenance Team.
The aircraft Owner is a highly distinguished person so they’re looking for strong technical and safety skills, combined with a highly professional attitude and approach.
If you offer a top class background and training on the A340 and a first-class settled career within VIP Operations (or similar standards) this could be the job for you – only the best of the best will be successful and you could then enjoy a very nice posting indeed.
Outline Terms:
Start Date: Immediately/As soon as you are available to report
Contract status: Single
Terms: Direct, long-term employment on a 12 month rolling basis
90 days probationary period
Home Base: Riyadh
Acceptable Licence(s): FAA, EASA or ICAO with the A340 Avionics rating
Accommodation: Provided by the Company
Excellent Medical Insurance
Work Wear and Tools: Provided by the Company
Ground Duty Transport: Provided by the Company
45 days vacation per year with return ticket provided
Ticket provided at the end of the contract
USD$100 Per Diem for each day of work outside Saudi Arabia
Salaries: On file, to be discussed with shortlisted Candidates
Who will Our Client hire?
1 x Licensed Engineer, with Avionics ratings on the A340.
You do not need to come from a specifically VIP background, but you will need to offer recent A340 experience in a well know, quality led Operation; this position is ideal for someone who’s ready to step up to a private Owner VIP Operation following a long-term settled career with a respected Employer(s).
This position is about who you are; your technical skills and knowledge are important, but provided you are rated on type, we’re interested in hearing from you if you know this is your job!
Someone who is also willing to perform office duties that support the Maintenance Department will be valued.

Selection/Interview Process
The Betts Team review, shortlist and recommend Candidates to our Client – based on your CV, the QSF, Licence copy and a first Telephone Interview (TI). From these recommendations, our Client will then invite their own shortlisted selection of Candidates to attend an Interview, the format of which will be advised as we progress.
